Five Things:

I've been tagged (images of graffiti in my head) by the lovely Peggy Payne* at her Boldness Blog with this prompt: What 5 Things You Don't Know About Me

So, here goes:

1. I hate driving, except when it's cold outside, and the car is perfectly warm and cozy. I love this moment, and (gasp! the enviromentalist in me is horrified) sometimes find an excuse to keep driving. Should I extrapolate this to some sort of preference of the journey (or means), versus the destination (or end)?
2. I was a high school (and junior high school) cheerleader.
3. Often, I think I know better (or more/or etc.) than my parents. I'm wrong.
4. I read recipes online, food blogs, and cookbooks obsessively, yet cook maybe twice a month. Okay, once a month. I'd like to change this.
5. I often worry about my iron or other small appliance being unplugged. This has led me to return several times, call the boy at home to check, etc. Nearly all times, they are unplugged. Find myself doing a "virtual tour" of our apartment picturing different sockets. Am aware that this is probably not healthy.

*Thanks to Peggy for enticing me to post today.

That warm drive is nothing to be ashamed of. Better than driving with the air conditioner on on December 24th (head hung in shame). Merry Christmas Sarah.
